Fox will be responsible for developing and implementing SOSi’s internal and external enterprise technology strategy to support a diverse portfolio of activities within the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) and federal civilian agencies. He will focus on strengthening SOSi’s cybersecurity posture and competitively differentiating SOSi in the government technology market.

Kyle also served as lead software engineer for the $96 billion US Air Force Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM Modernization Program, where he was responsible for more than 1,000 software engineers and led the development of the first cloud-native nuclear weapon system program and the first DoD’s major weapon in leveraging a comprehensive DevSecOps delivery methodology.
